Scintillant Changes:
General note re: Scintillant! We discussed it earlier on in the week, and realized the Scintillant description was too vague in terms of other methods to acquire it and updated its description in the last Hotfix. We ran stats and the amount collected was too low, which is widely accepted from the community to be the case. While we all start with baseline ‘0’ for new Updates, this Resource is an outlier in how slowly it’s being accrued, which is to say current pacing not our intention. They should feel like a revised Cetus Wisp, but when we compared the two, and considering more people are playing Heart of Deimos and how many Scintillant are needed, they were lower to a degree that doesn’t make sense with their hookup. Over the course of our many many updates on Console, we have traditionally posted any Hotfix notes in the main update thread. Seeing as we have released Heart of Deimos across all Platforms simultaneously (Switch went out today!) the Hotfix cadence has changed and it's clear (from many of your comments and our own reflecting) that having the content of these Hotfixes more easily accessible is increasingly important.
With that said, moving forward we will be posting Hotfix notes for consoles in their own dedicated threads so that important changes and fixes are easier to find. We will also be including access to these Hotfix threads from the in-game News Segment.

The category would be Account -> Twitch Drops but if you sent your ticket to a different category, don't worry! Support will redirect your ticket to the person who can help.

Yes, the campaign is directory-wide! That means watching anybody streaming Warframe for 20 minutes will earn you these Prex Card Drops.

This won't do! Fortunately, our team was quickly able to find a fix for the low resolution of Xaku's Prex Card. Expect that fix to arrive in a hotfix soon!

This pre-update Drops issue requires a manual fix! That fix will be possible once the missing items arrive on Nintendo Switch with the Heart of Deimos update. Our Support Team is standing by to issue that manual fix for Nintenno who make a ticket about the broken Twitch Drop inbox messages they receive before the Heart of Deimos update launches.
I hope this explanation helps clear up any confusion!
